About

We all need space to think. And for those that work and follow digital even more so. Like the fast pace of city life, technology moves so fast sometimes it seems impossible to get a firm footing for long enough to take in the view.  However, a lot of the movement is caused by info fog – a mass of data and events that get in the way of the important game changing stuff that is happening out there which even the biggest twitter addicts can’t keep up with.

RewireLondon aims to be the calm space inside, out of the storm. A space where some real thinking and ideation can take place in the digital domain. A place of cutting edge conversations engendering digital collaborations. A place to get your bearings before venturing back out into the storm.

RewireLondon is an online and offline forum. It is based on 6 Blog Spaces , curated quarterly with articles by invited bloggers covering any topic of interest in digital. The RewireLondon community then responds to the articles with blog posts and then responds to these posts with further posts. This creates a unique and vibrant resource of new writing, ideas, arguments and counter arguments on each topic leading to an excellent and rounded overview of the current trends in that area.

Every new quarter the previous Blog Space articles and the response posts will be archived and 6 new articles will be published. RewireLondon will then create an offline event around one or more of the last quarter articles and posts inviting the contributors to present and discuss their ideas and thinking. These events will be advertised on the Rewire website in advance.

RewireLondon aims to create a unique community of creative and innovative thinkers who share original, complex, entertaining and enlightening ideas online, and then meet, collaborate and network offline, helping each other push themselves further into innovation and creativity. We believe that together we are not only stronger but that we gain more confidence, have better ideas, and are more successful in our jobs and our lives generally when we come together and share.
